MEET BROOKE
A Neighbor Committed to Our Parks, Trails, and Community
Brooke Grayson is the incumbent Director representing Division 3 on the Rancho Simi Recreation & Park District Board of Directors. Appointed to the Board in 2025, she is seeking election to continue serving the residents of Simi Valley and Oak Park with thoughtful, transparent, and fiscally responsible leadership.
Born and raised in Simi Valley, Brooke believes parks are much more than places to play—they are where families gather, children grow, neighbors connect, and lifelong memories are made. She is committed to preserving the open spaces that define our community while ensuring our parks remain safe, welcoming, and well maintained for everyone.
Throughout her career as a local business owner and REALTOR®, Brooke has built a reputation for listening first, solving problems, and bringing people together. Those same principles guide her service on the Park District Board, where she believes every decision should reflect the long-term interests of the community and respect the investment taxpayers make in their parks and recreation system.

ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY
Beyond the Park District, Brooke has dedicated years to serving the community through local leadership and volunteer organizations including the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Soroptimist International of Simi Valley & Moorpark Board of Directors, Conejo Simi Moorpark Association of REALTORS® and California Association of REALTORS®. She believes strong communities are built through service, collaboration, and a willingness to give back.
Whether advocating for local parks, supporting community events, working with nonprofit organizations, or helping families achieve homeownership, Brooke is committed to strengthening the place she proudly calls home.

Brooke is running to continue building on the work already underway while planning responsibly for the future. She believes that by preserving open space, investing wisely in our parks and recreation programs, and listening to the people we serve, Rancho Simi Recreation & Park District can continue providing exceptional parks and recreational opportunities for our future generations.
